De tuin is niet groot, maar er is meer dan voldoende ruimte voor een eettafel, BBQ, lounge set en een speelplek met zandbak voor de kinderen. Eigenlijk geeft het meer gevoel van een beschutte, Mediterrane binnenplaats met een vleugje Hollandse charme. Er is een afsluitbare achterom, hoewel de praktijk leert dat de fietsen eerder in de voortuin worden geplaatst in de fietsenberging. Voor wie nog meer buitenruimte wenst, er zijn ook 2 balkons, waarvan één op het zuidwesten en één op het noordoosten.

Eerste verdieping:
Een ruime overloop met tochtportaal aan de bovenzijde van de trap zorgt voor afscherming van warmte en geluid uit het woongedeelte. Nu is deze ruimte in gebruik als garderoberuimte.
